Please be advised that St Matthew's Annual Parish Meeting (often referred to as the "AGM") will take place on Sunday, November 16th 2025 during the 10 am service (APM Agenda & Meeting Notice 2025).

The day's service will begin with worship, with the APM following a short message. You will be able to hear from our leaders, get an update on the budget and find out who has been elected as Wardens, Parish Council and the Incumbency Committee. Nominations for these roles can be made via this nomination form.

In order to move or second motions during the APM, you must be listed on the Parish Electoral Roll. Please check your details are correct and advise of any changes to Helen (office@stmatts.church) by November 3rd.

As we have done in recent years, questions can be raised by filling out this form. The new parish council will respond to each question when they next meet in December.

This year's report is now available to be read; however, please be aware that we have not yet received the auditor's reports, so financial details are not yet published (the document below will always be the most up-to-date report).

If you call St Matts home we encourage you to create login credentials for this member portal, which will become the home for communicating & coordinating all our ministries later in 2017.

We're currently training & transitioning our ministry teams to use the system, and in coming months much of our service management & rostering will be handled within this portal.

Members will have their credentials verified within 24hrs, which will increase access to more information within.
